What support level will I need?
We can typically gauge what level
of support a company needs within a 30 minute chat. Then, as we further
refine the requirements for you, we can tailor a support package just for you.
How quickly do you respond to critical issues?
We aim to respond to critical issues right away. We have a team on hand to catch these critical alerts so we can jump on them as soon as we're alerted.
For less critical tickets, we work to the SLAs specified on the initial agreement, which can be anywhere from 2 to 4 hours.
Do you support all cloud providers?
We've got experience with a number of popular cloud providers, so we've most likely worked with them before. If not, they all tend to have their similarities so we can quickly adjust to accommodate your needs.
We have on-premise systems, can you help?
Yes! If the systems need to stay on-premise, that's fine too. We're predominantly a cloud provider, but if you need architectural support we can most likely put together a support package that suits you.
We can even talk about moving parts of the on-premise system into the cloud if that's something that would benefit your business, so you get the good bits of both cloud-based and on-premise.
Can we link our current system up to the cloud?
Absolutely, although there is a lot to consider. We take security very seriously, so we wouldn't move anything outside of your local network that could be compormised by doing so.
Cloud systems are expensive to run aren't they?
Some cloud providers will set up all sorts of resources in the cloud and lose track of what has been created, at which point costs can spiral out of control.
We make sure that every resource we deploy that costs you money can be very carefully controlled and the spend is completely transparent.
We can also set very strict caps and budget thresholds to make sure your spending never goes beyond a certain limit.
